For starting with underwear, I highly recommend these panties as they are relatively cheap and are made of good fabric. They're soft and stretchy so you really don't have to do much of anything, just put them on!
If you want to go a bit more fancy, I'd suggest xdress as they have some stuff that is quite nice and not overly expensive. They are also cut for the male body so easy to wear as well.
Personally, I love skirts and I bought most of mine off amazon. The ones with the elastic bands are great because you don't have to worry as much about getting a precise fit.

I bought these Fruit of the Loom Bikini Panties when I was pregnant and never went back. They are super comfortable.
These fruit of the loom are super comfy! I bought them before giving birth and loved them before and after giving birth and still love them now. I like bikini cut but they have other styles and its the price and comfort of the material that I recommend.
