I personally take two of these once a day. I found it to work better than the wellbutrin I was put on.
A quick article search shows a growing effort of research regarding curcumin and its relationship with depression.
You could grind fresh turmeric into a powder in theory, but I'm don't have the time, finesse or know-how for all that lol
