The obvious one to ask if you've tried would be green tea (Edit: or black, which has more caffeine)?.. Not crappy shelved premade tea, but freshly brewed tea. You can do a hot or cold infusion, i love cold-brew tea it is delicious. Yerba is another alternative (i haven't tried).
How's your diet? I know it's maybe not the advice wanna hear, but eating well is a pretty big one. Do you eat plenty of veggies/fruit? When i have it around, I drink a greens juice powder in the morning, something like that might help you. I prefer it to coffee or caffeine drinks, it gives me tons of good energy and no crash.
Bacopa is one that i have been using and i notice it helps my Fatigue, maybe its just me, it's mild but super effective (despite being called a sedative). I use a whole leaf powder (not a standardized extract, never tried that). Bacopa should be taken with a fat, traditionally taken with ghee.
Ginger is one i have used in the past as a morning drink, i used it when i was doing labor early in the morning, and it is what made me love ginger. It helped my back pain, anxiety and overall mood/disposition while giving me some energy.
Others worth researching into/considering; Ginseng or ginkgo. Also a mineral rich substance like Maca or Shilajit could be beneficial.
Aaaand lastly, as much as it sounds like an oxymoron, physical activity and getting outside help me a lot. If you are into any kind of flow-art or physical activity that you can achieve [Flow-State](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_(psychology) with, it can be very helpful. When you enter flow state, your brain releases a lot of neurochemistry; Dopamine, Seretonin, Norepinepherine, Anandamide and Endorphins.. Very powerful medicine. Music can help me get there easier.
