You'll want to find one like this that puts your neck in a neutral position while laying on your side. This is the best way to sleep for your neck so you should be aiming to do this most of the night.
I have a couple of these, one that is more firm, which I used to use...
I switched to one that is more soft because I got a softer mattress. My shoulders and body sink into the mattress more now and that made my head too high with the firm pillow. So I had to get a softer pillow to match the mattress firmness and keep my head in a neutral position.
So that is the kind of thinking you'll need to do.
