If you're talking about that blue square-looking thing that's missing the top in the second picture, that's a fusible link. The cover that you took off to take the picture should show what amp rating it is, but my guess based on the color is 100 amps. You can get a genuine Toyota replacement from a dealer or probably this one on Amazon, or a Bussman FLM-100 replacement from just about any auto parts store.
