The 3400G has no point in favour(except the useless in that case integrated gpu)compared to the old 2600/2600X and costs very little less.

Get a windows 10 pro OEM key and use the money saved to get a better hardware.

Ryzen 2600X, always faster than the 3400G and with 6C/12T instead 4C/8T, same price.

For the motherboard go with the AORUS B450M, still micro-atx but with better vrm section and 4 dimm slot.

For the ram go with the 3200Mhz, the price is not so different from the 3000mhz and in the ryzen 2xxx the frequency of the ram is never enough. This one go without any problem at 3200mhz in all the 4 dimm slot(in many MB it slow down when you use all of them).

For the ssd go with a NVME one, not a simple and slower sata-on-m2 like the one you linked, this is good and immensely faster than a m2-sata one.

The rest is ok.
Unless you're building a Budget Ryzen PC now and just get motherboard with built-in NVMe heatsink
Like the B450M AORUS @ Amazon ($69.99): https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-B450-AORUS-Thermal-Motherboard/dp/B07FWY246F
I just did my build last week with this b450 - GIGABYTE B450 AORUS M (AMD Ryzen... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FWY246F?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I assumed I would need to flash until I opened it up and it had the ryzen 3000 ready sticker on it.
Why the x570? Can get a much cheaper B450 for the 2600. Most boards will now come new with the updated bios. Could save $80 and could possibly get a 1660 Super or something
This sucker says it supports 2nd gen Ryzen:

Here’s a motherboard that won’t require a bios update.

Am I going to find anything better? I'd like built in wifi and bluetooth but can get a card for that.

Motherboard 2) https://www.amazon.com/TUF-Gaming-Motherboard-Ryzen-B450M-Plus/dp/B07FKV3TVF/
RAM: In either case, get RAM from the motherboard QVL (RAM compatibility list), check the manufacture website to find that for any motherboard you choose.
Good CPU choice for that price range.

Found this. Thoughts?
The monitor I have currently is an old VGA I think. The ones with the pins instead of an hdmi input.

Something like that perhaps? Or do you think a different one would work better?
https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-B450-AORUS-Thermal-Motherboard/dp/B07FWY246F this mobo?
Cheap: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FKV5HWJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_6RUzCb0ZP1T8F

Gonna be honest I haven't used any of these boards, I just looked at boards that fit your build and found some cheap(ish) ones. I ordered the ATX version of the 3rd one recently but I can't vouch for it yet though. Imo you should be good with whatever as long as it fits, but I can't reccomend ASRock boards(personally I'm not a fan), although they might work for you if you want something super basic though.
You also might be able to find better prices on Newegg, idk though.
I personally picked up this gigabyte motherboard https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-B450-AORUS-Thermal-Motherboard/dp/B07FWY246F/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=gigabyte+b450m+gaming&qid=1563717703&s=gateway&sr=8-3 Its one tier up the product stack and technically it should be compatible up to a 2700x. One way that you can judge the quality of a motherboard is by its VRM componentry which is essentially how much power that the motherboard can deliver to the cpu. Since higher performance cpus draw more power better power delivery is needed so the motherboard doesnt blow up. There is a really helpful reddit thread containing a spreadsheet that lists out all the motherboards in tiers linked here which can give you a quick overview of all the motherboards https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/9uc6bi/am4_b450x470_vrm_tier_list/
