Taking frequent breaks would reduce the risk a lot in general.
Instead of playing 4-6 hours straight without rest, have a break every hour or 3 -4 games, do some stretches, toilet break, water, food.

My natural position is resting on my elbow (use the chair's armrest) and using it as a pivot point to move, keeping your wrist straight and resting on the pads of your hand and finger tips.
This creates a small arch or gap between your wrist and the table that you can fit a flat ruler under your wrist.
When you move while keeping your wrist straight, it becomes the concept behind arm aiming. you can still use your wrist for finer adjustments but not big motions.
This will relieve the pressure put on your wrist and most of your forearm.
The keyboard/mouse Wrist rest simulates the arch while providing support between the gap but the wrist rest will be obstructing you which makes it difficult to arm aim.
Just look on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M11FLUJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_MpiOzbK2EBK1S
It’s just this generic one from amazon
I'm looking for a wrist rest but am unsure what to get.
Thanks!
I buy most things on amazon, hopefully that’s available where you live.
For the wrist rest: Gimars Memory Foam Set Keyboard Wrist Rest Pad & Mouse Wrist Rest Support https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M11FLUJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Aed7BbZWEYDW6
For the tape: 2" Vet Wrap Tape Bulk, Self Adherent Wrap Tape, Self Grip Roll (2" inches Wide x 15' Feet Long) - 18 Rolls https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UEHDRQI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_D6c7BbA47W0NK
(I buy the pet version of the tape because the human version can cost much more)
While aim training and developing muscle memory is important for most people, you have a unique problem. Before dedicating a lot of time to aim practice I would try to minimize the shakiness in your hand first.
What is your sens and how large is your mousepad? You want your sens to be as low as possible while still being able to make a 180* turn with one sweep across the mousepad. Any of these should be fine.
Lowering your sens will also minimize the shakiness in your hand. Maybe you could also look into larger mouses or ones with specialized surfaces. If you walked into microcenter or some PC store and explained your problem I'm sure they would let you test out a bunch of different mice. Don't settle for equipment that doesn't do the job!
Something else that might help minimize your condition is playing with your wrist on a soft raised surface. I used to play a lot of Osu! and would get some shakiness in my hand. When I placed my wrist on the long one from this it helped to minimize that. Its squishy and that helped to cushion some of that.
As for practicing your aim it's limited in siege. Thunt is good for learning recoil but I prefer to practice my raw aim in CSGO aim training maps like aimbotz.
Try one of those squishy keyboard wrist tests that might help your wrist
Gimars Upgrade Enlarge Gel Memory Foam Set Keyboard Wrist Pillow Rest Pad and Mouse Wrist Cushion Support for Office, Computer, Laptop, Mac - Durable, Comfortable and Pain Relief https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M11FLUJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_BF9gDbV20BQ3Q

Like this. Helps with wrist pain. https://www.amazon.com/Gimars-Memory-Keyboard-Support-Computer/dp/B01M11FLUJ/ref=pd_lpo_229_bs_tr_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ADBQHRHC2VMHR3E8PE3C
I used to have some problems with my wrists a lot and these wrist rests helped me. Idk if you use one but putting on some braces when the pain comes up could maybe help too
No wrist rest with good posture is the best, palms should be in the air. But if you really want one just go for the soft gel ones on Amazon like so: https://www.amazon.com/Gimars-Memory-Keyboard-Support-Computer/dp/B01M11FLUJ/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=keyboard+wrist+rest&qid=1571679210&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEySzNCTjVFVEhDU041JmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMTIxNTg4U0pDMjhKUlg4VU9YJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA3NDgyODQxTDBITUEwRklOSUYmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
What is uncomfortable about it? Have you tried using it fully flat? You can always get something like this https://smile.amazon.com/Gimars-Memory-Keyboard-Support-Computer/dp/B01M11FLUJ/
Thank you thank you. The wrist pad for both keyboard and mouse came together.

I already own that one here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M11FLUJ and I am quite sattisfied with it actually. The increase in price from one model to the other is about 21€ on eBay for a new board.
