Well the particular ones I was thinking of were from a dollar store, but here are some still very reasonably priced ones: https://www.amazon.com/Greenco-Strong-Furniture-Design-Storage/dp/B01CG8QW3W/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1475016562&sr=8-17&keywords=furniture+riser

Sorry for the late reply. I don't get on here very much.

I used a generic pack of bed risers that I got on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Greenco-Strong-Furniture-Design-Storage/dp/B01CG8QW3W/ref=zg_bs_3732271_2/164-4782299-6161933).

I placed the entire desk, with casters on the bed risers. Removing the casters would have resulted in a 1-2" reduction in height. The casters can lock and orientating the wheels at 0, 90, 180, and 270 degrees results in no horizontal movement when working.

The setup I am using seems to work and lowering the desk to its lowest position still allows me to sit in my computer chair and work.

I would highly recommend a standing desk. My posture has improved and I have noticed an improvement in my lower back tone. The desk is also neat because you can force yourself to do leg exercises, i.e. squats and calf raises, and it slowly becomes second nature. My gf walked by my office yesterday and asked me what the hell I was doing and I was unknowingly doing squats.

Good luck!!
