It's pretty hard to be healthy if you're re supplying in towns. If you plan ahead and do the logistics, you can set up yourself up for mail drops and control what you want to eat. You should be able to eat healthier that way.

For e.g., one thing that I was never able to find in supermarkets along the way was black bean powder. They did have black beans in tetra pak boxes, but dam they were like a pound and a half or something, which is just too much.
