A few things to be sure of:

• Click the globe that says JP in the right of the top bar, then there is an English option
  
• Make sure the order is fulfilled Amazon.co.jp seller - the one with the Amazon logo (this is second on my seller list at the moment)

Just bought an unprinted white HHKB. My Surface Pro 4 from work just came in, and between those two, I finally have my ideal portable workstation. I'm the nerdiest kind of excited about it.
