These are what I recommend. (These are the large size)

I've bought two pairs to have, they're excellent shooting gloves. Very gripping, and have less padding on the index finger which helps me with trigger control. Plus they're cheap, and on Amazon prime!

Edit: Plus, I hate the feeling of gloves that aren't absolutely the right size (especially finger length). These are the best gloves I've ever had in regards to fit. I also have somewhat large hands, but run the small gloves to get the tightest fit.

I like these Hatch gloves ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013C7ZFM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_nQXryb7D34S3Q ) because they're warm, allow for full use of my hands (tying shoes, using zippers, using a phone), and they're relatively cheap. They also dry very fast because they're sort of neoprene.

They look a little James Bond/Assassin-ish but have never felt too out of place. They're shooting gloves, but that's not why I bought them. I'm curious to know what others think.

I just got this pair of shooting gloves: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0013C7ZFM/

I needed something thinner that I could use for stunting too. No trouble controlling the camera with these, but I haven't tested how warm they are in winter weather yet
