Amazon - Pound Xbox HDMI Cable
I ran my own HDE test, doing the same thing as in that video. I'm recording with an Elgato HD60, using the Pound HDMI cable for the Xbox. Some of the video feed is not shown during the Unleash X bootup after the flubber animation due to the feed changing from 480p to 720p, but UnleashX only took a few seconds to launch. Once UnleashX launches, I show that the X, Y and Z partitions are empty and that the CACHE folder on the E partition is not there before I boot Halo 2. Halo 2 also opens with a loading screen, rather than the logo videos, because I deleted those video files for a faster boot.
The end result was that the load screen for Halo 2's "The Heretic" mission finished after 20 seconds. I don't know what was going on that guy's video. My loads times are never that bad.

They are revising it due to a bug they found when connected to certain modded xboxes and Rev 1.4 boxes. I have one and it works fantastic. If you search around here there was a review by Metal Jesus that talks about video quality and the minimal frame loss.
I've used similar upscalers like you linked to and they were all garbage. Can't speak to the specific one you linked, but I'd look for a different solution.
I see your TV on the back bottom right panel has 2 - HDMI, 2 - Component (Y, Pb, Pr with L/R audio RCA jacks), and 1 composite video input (Yellow Video and L/R audio RCA jacks and S-Video connector) and 1 digital optical OUTPUT not input.
The Monster cable you show is a standard composite video cable (strange color-coded labeling Red/Blue/Yellow - right/left/video). Connecting Left and Right audio out and composite video to the component video inputs - no good picture.
If worthplaying.com sold it as a Component video cable, I'd take it back for a refund. (But I see, "The GameLink 200X AV is composite video cable designed for enhanced performance.")
Pound HDLink (HDMI) Cable for $24.99 at amazon.com. It was $20 a couple weeks ago. It must be a popular item and the seller saw they can make a few more $$$ per sale. It does have mixed reviews though.
