It is important to keep your bunny warm! Their ideal temps are higher 60s to mid 70s. But it is ok.. you can keep her warm even in a cold house.

try offering her a heat pack (wrap it in cloth to ensure she does not chew) in her enclosure, in addition you can try putting in there a couple bottles with warm water for her to snuggle to. Also make sure she has a warm floor with a cozy fleece on it. If you have tile try some interlocking foam mats for insulation and a cozy blanket on top.
