The Hudora 230 has a nice wide deck. The height of the deck is 3" from the top of the deck to the ground, which would be the maximum ideal for me. The handlebars are nice and wide for better control.

I've never ridden one - you may have to take your chances with this disc brake model. I'm only suggesting one of these so that you'd be able to stop better if you downhill run gets dangerously fast. If safety is an issue however, with non-disc brake scooters, simply get off the scooter and walk.
