I know there are some mixed feelings on fat bombs, but I make them and use them as a dessert. I use these molds from Ikea.

  • Last week I made 'banana split' flavor - coconut oil, butter, almond butter, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of rainbow sprinkles (because I like when things are fun), and banana extract.

  • This week I made cinnamon ones - coconut oil, butter, almond butter, cocoa powder, Zing! sweetener (stevia), pinch of cinnamon.

  • I also like a spoon of peanut butter with a square of sugar free dark chocolate on top if I feel like a fat bomb won't cut it.

  • I've made these before as well. I'm not super crazy about them and need to play around with the recipe, but my boyfriend really likes them. Sometimes I'll mix a bit of cream, sweetener, and cocoa powder in a small pot and make a sauce to put on top.
