I've used this to feed directv from one receiver to 2 TVs. I can watch the same show on both TVs at the same time. Not sure if that answers your question, but that's my 2 cents

Got it because my PS4 needed a powered switch, yes it's from China but it's very good.

I think it was this one from amazon, it's been a couple years so I've switched my setup around and no longer use it, but at the time I was googling solutions and someone mentioned it so I just bought the cheapest one on amazon that fit my needs to test it out and it ended up working for me. However I'm sure if you search around now you'll find cheaper ones for sale that'll do the same job.
