Works great with infrared lights like this one...
Doubt it will work with black-light, wrong end of of the spectrum.
Anyone know if the sensor can be triggered at 850nm? Might be worth pointing something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Illuminator-Infrared-Adapter-Security-Cameras/dp/B07DTJNSC2/ref=pd_day0_hl_421_5/147-3497344-2661045?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07DTJNSC2&pd_rd_r=ffc8cc45-bc13-11e8-85dd-873fcc9bd247&pd_rd_w=U16aI&pd_rd_wg=hNXzF&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=ad07871c-e646-4161-82c7-5ed0d4c85b07&pf_rd_r=1ZRZGW8DTBHS6NR8TNHW&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&psc=1&refRID=1ZRZGW8DTBHS6NR8TNHW

At the sensor so when the lights go out it turns on and hopefully triggers the lights to turn back on and it will turn off.
