Cotton underwear is mostly held up by the waistband, because that has the most stretch. Compression underwear stretches all over, so they stay on better if you get a bigger size.

On me they don't look like the pictures on amazon though. My bulge in them is a lot more penis shaped. I find them very comfortable. But I'm not comfortable wearing them in a locker room, because they look like I'm trying to show off. I don't think we can post pictures here, but I can PM you how they look on me if you want.

Those I don't mind wearing in a locker room. They look like most underwear, but still have more pouch room than most. Those cotton briefs are the only cotton briefs I can wear without adjusting all the time. All those don't have as much room as the modal ondes though, because they don't stretch. If you need as small waistsize, they might not have enough room for you.
