I've previously used TheyFit condoms; they're a little difficult to get in N.A. since they're from the U.K., but so far they were the best fitting condoms that I have ever tried. You can get some more info about them here.

They also do a pretty good job with sizing information. Using your measurements, I've determined your best fit would likely be something around 210 mm in length and 64 mm in nominal width.

Knowing that I had a look around and here are my recommendations:

In my experience with my female significant other, it takes longer to warm up and adequately apply lube for anal, but once I get going, I can go deeper and more vigorously without any later discomfort or bleeding. If you do anal without an enema first, and you use these, you may want to avoid doggy style or any face down position, as some will drip downwards, and could possibly cause problems if it transports fecal matter to your vagina.

They also work really well for vaginal sex, and if he can slide in before it all melts you get some cool sensations. Just expect a good amount to drip out - more than using them for anal since the vagina is only open on one end.

Well, here's mine. They were inexpensive, nice fabric, supportive, and very comfortable. They are here on Amazon if you think those look like what you may like. A friend recommended them to me, and I quite like them.

A few things here and I'm larger and I ride a road racing bicycle made by Giant, a huge bicycle manufacturer.

Besides the seat, I've bought and used an additional padding that goes on over the seat and it has a cover that ties down below and around the seat so it's a pad on top of the bicycle seat.

Then, one should buy riding shorts that have gel padding below one's privates.

Now, all of this helps but it doesn't eliminate all issues and one's privates are still there and they go somewhere.

I ride a lot, I rode 3,500 miles last year, though many ride much more I know. My issue is that my seat cover/cushion is good, not costly but I wear through it, like one gets holes in their jeans and underwear.

Guys I ride with ride like 7.500 miles per year and they use the same seat cushion and they've had the same cushion for the past 3 years and it's still perfect. At around 1,800 to 2,000 miles, the hole gets too big on the front of my cover/cushion due to my privates being there as I ride and move my legs up and down while peddling. So, I have to buy seat cushions a lot as one won't make it a season for me and if I ride a bit more than 3,500 miles this year I'll most likely go through two seat cushions this season.

Mine will fray and then come apart and the front of my bicycle seat is then exposed as the cover is no longer over or covering my seat.

Our stuff, our privates are there and when one's legs go up and down, the privates still are on and move and rub against the top of the seat, though with the cushioned riding shorts and the cushion on top of the seat, it's manageable in terms of riding.

Cotton underwear is mostly held up by the waistband, because that has the most stretch. Compression underwear stretches all over, so they stay on better if you get a bigger size.

If you need as small waistsize, they might not have enough room for you.

I don't know how big you are but these are big enough for me. The best feature is that they don't taper in at the bottom like magnums do (NEVAR AGAIN TROJAN!)

Magnums are 54mm wide, so they are considered large, but for some, they're just not large enough. Based off your flair, with a girth of 5", you'd be better off with a condom that's around 60mm wide. I'd suggest giving the MySize 60's a try.

I always wore Magnums too, but I decided to get some 64mm MySize's and try them out. They make a world of difference. My member doesn't get strangled as much now, so sex just feels better.

I get you completely man. Yeah the Adidas briefs have very little pouch. There has been a lot of "thumbs up" on the Obviously Anatomax (myself included). Nothing is going to hide those random boners but these will keep you nestled in a pouch with great comfort.

You might want to try Female Condoms.

I use them just like normal condoms, (Take out the ring first) and they work like a charm. If you aren't big enough to use them like that you might still find them enjoyable to use 'as intended'. (Squirt some extra lube in them first.)

Not all of us have the convenience of fitting in Magnum XLs.

I previously used Skyn Large but they were quite uncomfortable. If I remember correctly, I did stretch it while putting it on so it would fit better. Also, lots of lube.

It seems to be a company reselling MySize condoms in Canada. As far as I can tell they're the real thing (comes with the box and all).

They are by far the cheapest I've been able to find and with fast shipping, about one week to Ontario. One of the reviews complains that they're too long which makes the effective girth smaller, but I found them fine and I have similar girth to yours, and at the very least they'll be better than Skyn. Worth a try at the price (for some reason, no tax on them either).

As for ordering from Europe, I've ordered MySize from there and I know someone who has ordered TheyFit multiple times without any issues, so you'll probably be fine if you go that route. It is quite expensive though, which is why I switched to the above option.

With 5.75 inches of girth a 60mm condom would be a good starting point. You might prefer the looser fit of a 64 or even a 69mm condom. Condoms under 60mm are probably too tight, but if you have more of a baseball bat type shape (smaller at the base than the head) and prefer a tighter fit, you might like tapered 57mm XL condoms (like Magnum XLs for example).

There are many 57mm condoms, but only a few are larger than that. 60mm condoms are made by Glyde (Supermax), Kung (Loose), MySize, Pasante (King), and TheyFit (size code 21). 64mm condoms are made by MySize & TheyFit (size code 22). 69mm condoms are made by MySize, Pasante (Super King), and TheyFit (size code 31).

None of these Condoms larger than 57mm are not sold in the US currently, but some can be purchased internationally for delivery to the US. Honestly, I think this is a naive view. Magnums are a huge seller for Trojan. If they increased the nominal width to actually make them large, much fewer guys would be able to wear them and their sales would plummet.

I've heard good things about skyn large (non-latex). They will fit but may be too tight for your liking. I believe Durex Avanti Bare is 54mm not 56mm, and the ones you were using before are 53mm. When giong from latex to non latex it seemed to me they had a little less stretch so you might not actually not any difference between the two.

At 5.65 girth for non-latex condoms I'd go with Skyn Large They do have a nominal width of 56mm.

And you can't go wrong with water based lub.

Edit: I'm have a tad more girth than you and I found the Avanti Bare to be unusable. When I tried Skyn Large was able to get them on with out issues but just a tad tight to be really comfortable for me. I was reluctant to buy "large" condoms at first...which is why I tried the Avanti. But at your girth you're good to buy the large condoms.
