In my experience with my female significant other, it takes longer to warm up and adequately apply lube for anal, but once I get going, I can go deeper and more vigorously without any later discomfort or bleeding. I'm one of those who worries about using 3d printed parts that are in long contact with food. Even if the base plastic is "food safe", that doesn't mean the manufacturing methods are or any additive is food safe.
I'm not familiar with the filament type you mention, but you need to make sure it can handle the thermal issues with freezing and thawing. Some plastics can become brittle because of the temperature cycles.
