I use this for green tea extract as a part of the PAGG supplement stack for the 4-Hour Body diet.
It works great when I take all four supplements as described. It's like a constant slow-burn throughout the day. The author, Tim Ferris, expands on the supposed benefits of each supplement, including Green Tea.
The one I linked to is caffeine free which may or may not be an issue for you?
