Canopies usually come with tent spikes and holes in each leg so no worries.

You can buy a box of extra large (2" or 2.5") binder clips from the local office supply store (Office Depot, Staples, Walmart, etc) to hang tapestries for just a few bucks. You'll want to use 6-8 per tapestries in case of wind, but big boxes are dirt cheap. I'm using heavy duty spring clamps since we're using some tarps for walls, and they're heavier and block the sun better. I bought a box on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N7ZSPRY

10x10 or 10x15 or so tarp for the ground isn't a bad idea. If you have a ton of room to haul one down with you, a carpet roll or rug might be nice and plenty of people talk about finding a cheap remnant or leftover, but I'd worry about rain on the last day or two and having to haul a soggy carpet back.
