VG is Vegetable Glycerine. It helps incorporate the reduced tincture aka FECO aka Full Extract Cannabis Oil into the gummy juice. And yes I have an electric burner just for evaporating tincture and decarbing wax. I used to use a glass Pyrex for that until one exploded on me the other day so now I use a metal pan. Good luck! It takes a few tries to get it down but I've never completely ruined a batch (except for when my Pyrex exploded). https://imgur.com/a/NUYEH
