I HIGHLY advise tearing the laptop apart mate and removing everything you can (if you haven't already of course).

You can soak most of the water out with a water absorption rag like these and it will help considerable :)

EDIT - the link and I've fixed a lot of laptops that had spills on them, best course is always to open it up immediately after pulling the battery and get the RAM/HDD (SSD)/ keyboard out of the computer and dry them off if they need it. Then dry everything you can get at and then let it sit out and dry either outside or on a desk or something.

Do not use a heatgun or a hair dryer then "can" mess with things or melt the plastic shell of the laptop if done incorrectly.
