I saw the figma on eBay for lowest $80 USD (used) without shipping.

There's also some listed on amazon jp starting from 7600 yen (used, you will have to check condition for each one). You will have to check if they provide international shipping or have the item forwarded or proxy service (I use BiginJapan & FromJapan)
