Not a vet and I don't usually have any trouble sleeping, just want to chime in. If I have to get up at like 4AM to travel for work or something, I take these magic things. Pop 2 and like 8 PM the night before and they knock me the fuck out. I am always so surprised how quickly they work. Having a dad who heavily relies on sleeping and anxiety scripts makes me never want to get dependent on something like that. Ever.

I have no brand allegiance, those are just what i bought. Probably anything with the ingredients would work great. Ingredients - Melatonin, GABA & Valerian Root extract.
