Mexican Coke comes in a glass bottle with a pop-cap, and is made with sugar cane instead of high-fructose corn syrup like the plastic-bottled American variety.

Lots of bodegas have it. Can even get it on Amazon.

It does taste different, but it's not exactly a huge difference.

Used to be a lot less common. You can buy it here in Costco and most grocery stores now. There's even one convenience store chain that carries it (Sheetz).

Is that your only example? If so, it’s a very weak one.

Coke is sold in glass bottles. In the US, you can find them at almost any grocery store, but they’re more expensive as glass obviously costs more to produce (conclusion: coke produces more plastic bottles because consumers want cheaper coke). Most countries actually have more glass bottles than plastic because they are refilled. If you’ve ever gone outside the country, you would have observed that.
