The UK is getting the Midsommar Director’s cut on Blu-ray on October 28th 2019! The DVD looks to be the theatrical cut though.

The UK is getting it on Blu-Ray. It's the only version being released on Blu-Ray here where as the DVD will be the theatrical.

If you want a physical copy on blu-ray it's available from Amazon UK - both versions, each on its own disc. There is also an exclusive DVD release with 2 discs of both versions, but that's only available from Sainsbury's supermarket.
The link below only mentions director's cut, but this is a 2 disc release with both versions. Not sure how long it will take to ship to Oz, but it's your only option right now.

Update: I have seen that the director's cut IS available on BluRay on Amazon UK for 15 pounds (or about 19$ US dollars.
The site says the release date is Oct. 28th.
