the molitov markers are pretty good for that.
whatever paint you use just make sure it's acrylic.

if the hand is really stuck you just need more heat and to slowly work it out, but don't do too much too fast at once because you don't want to melt or modify the part.
boiling water for 5-10 seconds at a time until you start to feel that it's getting a little rubbery. it takes time and patience. you have to slowly "work it" out. you can also try a hair dryer or a heat gun (be careful with a heat gun, it will def melt plastic fast, so temper it.) . if possible maybe try somehow to concentrate the heat on the wrist joint but not so much the hand. if you can get that joint to expand it might come out easier. if the part gets too rubbery from too much heat and starts to stretch and you try to pull it out just stop and let it cool off.
