I followed this recipe, using Follow Your Heart vegan Parmesan, and Coconut Cream.

I also made Gardein seven grain nuggets, homemade garlic toast, and put a lot of Penzeys Sunny Paris and another Italian herb mix on everything. Pasta was Barilla veggie brand.

I was premature. Back to the imodium for now. Trying to work out a way to replace the heavy cream without making the shakes either nasty or super carb-filled. Amazon has some coconut cream with the same fat as the heavy cream but the carbs are just insane; not to mention it is incredibly expensive.
