Agreed! I ordered these and they really helped with my nausea! Especially when I got sick of everything ginger.

Consider grabbing a bag of these.

Eat small frequent meals. Add ginger to your diet. Drink peppermint tea or suck on peppermint candies (like these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004BH503U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). This is going to sound weird, but add some apple cider vinegar to some tea and sip, or just take a shot of it (extra vinegar helps with digestion!). Don't drink a lot of water with meals, it can hinder your stomach fluids in their digesting. Don't gulp water if you can avoid it, drink slowly, take sips. Avoid carbonated drinks and coffee. Don't eat within 2 hours of bedtime. Try to sleep on your left side as much as possible.

I kinda do a mix of all these things, and it helps, but the peppermint candies BY FAR helped the most, especially in the first trimester with morning sickness. If I started to feel nauseous I'd pop one in my mouth, and it'd usually stop it in it's tracks! Works great for reflux too.

Preggie pops! They worked wonders with my first. Also, these natural peppermint drops. I had to hide both from my husband because they're so good :P
