I'm assuming you're in the UK. I'm not familiar with UK or EU brands but if you can get NOW I would suggest NOW Adam. At current exchange rate $14 USD is the same as £ 9 . But if you can't get that or want other options there should be something along those longs and that price.++

I've seen some really good German brands but can't recall the brand names off the top of my head. Seems like Germans make some nice herbal and multivitamin supplements though
And no one who ate lunch could ever out do me on construction sites when I passed on lunch and drank amaing power shakes. Most power shakes suck. Some of them are amazing if you want to perform at very high levels of human potential. The vitamins and shakes I like are better than you think they are. You have to seek them out, and know what to buy.
Someone using the shit out of their brain wants more nutrition , like a bodybuilder, just different nutrition. I'm not out to shill products but will point to a brand if someone wants me to.
I can guarantee that everyone I introduce to this brand gets hooked for life, they make you feel so good. Fuck ripoff Shackley, it aint them. For those trying to guess. No one is on the same level as the company I recommend. Anyone who wants to outperform others needs to bump up nutrition. Wan't your kidto do well in school? They have several formulas for different kids, including an adhd formula they are battling the FDA about regarding labelling. They are not Nestle/Hein/Kraft, unlike most products we see.
