Not sure if this is what OP was talking about but I love Neuro Sleep Tangerine Dream . It's got a low dose of Melatonin along with other natural supplements. It won't knock you out like a benadryl or anything, but in my experience, takes the edge off to help you get to sleep.
Research before use if you're nursing. I know melatonin can mess up baby's natural sleep rhythm but this only has 3 mg per bottle so idk
Neuro Sleep provides 3 mg of melatonin per bottle. Melatonin is not recommended for children or women who are pregnant or nursing without the advice of a physician.
Edit: Apparently they changed the formula FROM 9g of sugar TO sugar-free and so the taste has changed. I haven't had the sugar-free version so I'm not sure how it will taste, the old formula was great though. If you can find the OG formula (with 35 calories instead of 15) in Target I recommend that
I also want to add that there's a tangerine flavor (found some at my local Wegmans). I finally got a chance to try it and personally I wasn't a huge fan of the taste. I was expecting the mango one to taste sweet, which it did... but it also had a mediciney/bitter aftertaste.
However I will say that it knocked me out pretty good after I finished the whole bottle. Normally I'm very skeptical about these types of drinks and the effect they have. It could've just been a fluke but I genuinely felt tired and sleepy 15-20 minutes afterwards. Either way it's free and it's worth a shot.
I've been told that Neuro Bliss is the one to go for if you're looking for good taste. Apparently it helps you relax, and would probably have a similar effect.
