A Nixeus MODA v2. By no means a high end mechanical keyboard, but I still love it.
I can sell you this keyboard for $30. I only used it for two months.
"Cherry green equivalent" probably knockoff blues.

pick whatever switches you want, then focus on the other important features, like macro keys or whatever. then just get the cheapest.

I was skeptical about using non-Cherry MX switches, but it's actually a well-built keyboard. Highly suggest it!
