Nordic Naturals DHA have been working for me. Multivitamins are another story. I've developed a pretty strong sensitivity to any type of multi-vitamin and completely understand the aversion to trying new things. I've tried Centrum, Rainbow Light, and Country Life. The brand hasn't made a huge difference for me. I always need to eat my multi-vitamins with a FULL meal and lots of water, and even then I still feel nauseous.
