So I use that to make them. I tend to add a little more water than the recipe and just fill the cup that comes with the gummy kit.

I got this for Christmas last year, and have used it tons of times! I follow the recipe inside, just using sugar free jello. I believe it was one flavored sugar free jello, five unflavored gelatin for regular gummies (I don't remember how much water), for regular gummies, and 1/2 a powdered drink mix packet - for sour gummies. So many combinations can be made.. and it's really worth it to have keto gummies. They also have a recipe for gummy vitamins included with it.
