I have been using this brand: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Magtein-90-Veg-Capsules/dp/B00JEZQAFG

I use it as it says. 1 capsule at noon and then 2 before bed. I think thats about 2g if the nutritional label is correct.

At first it felt really good, super focused, but now the effect is less noticeable. Nevertheless I prefer to not increase that dosage and simply continue with it for supplementation purposes.

One thing to say its that because I researched about this type of magnesium I now eat more salads and magnesium rich foods. Ha now I feel I'm drugging myself with salads.

Benefits? Super focus, I think I respond easier to questions, take decisions faster.

I use both. Epsom salt baths 4 times a week after a workout and I take this form of magnesium:

https://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Magtein-90-Count/dp/B00JEZQAFG/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1469285530&sr=8-1&keywords=now+Magnesium+Threonate

So with what I get in the Epsom salt baths and this supplement, I've got Magnesium covered. So instead of using Fluoride rinses, I was thinking about using this:

https://www.amazon.com/Apagard-M-Plus-toothpaste-nanohydroxyapatite-remineralizing/dp/B0016GCZQO/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1484008970&sr=8-1&keywords=Apagard+M-Plus+toothpaste+115g

Any thoughts? Or does anyone have something else to use to replace Fluoride?

Magtein puts my body into a beautiful sleep. Purchase from amazon, everyone needs different amounts. I take 2-3 of them
