Sounds like you're set. /u/jellyfilled is right, a couple of small spinners is great for attracting the more aggressive fish and weighs nothing. Powerbait will cover fishing stationary in slow pools. If I could recommend anything, it would be to add a couple of flies and a tiny bobber. You already probably have some small split-shot weights. Here's my wilderness rig:

Tie a fly on the end of your line. Nothing fancy, these are wilderness fish. You want a sinking fly, preferably with a "bead-head". Some flies to use would be the Beadhead Hare's Ear, the Prince, Scuds, or the Pheasant Tail. Or just get an assortment of cheap flies, [here] (http://www.amazon.com/Nymph-Fly-Collection-Trout-Flies/dp/B006O315YM/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1418692951&sr=8-15&keywords=fishing+flies+bead-head) is a dozen flies in a box for a little more than a buck apiece. Flies are cheap. Six inches above the fly, crimp on a split-shot weight. 18 inches above the weight, clip your bobber on the line. Fish this in fast water that leads into deeper water, like where a rapids flows into a deep pool. You cast it up into the fast water and let it drift into the pool, where fish will grab it. You have to set the hook right away when the bobber goes under. If the water is really deep, move the bobber up on your line so the fly can sink more. You can fish this same rig with powerbait or with some natural bait. You can find your own natural baits in the wilderness and they are the most deadly of all. Turn over rocks and logs to fins grubs, worms, or bugs. Turn over rocks in the water to find larvae, leeches, or scuds. Or catch a grassoppers or crickets. Whatever you find, put them on a tiny hook - like a #12. Fish them under a bobber like a fly, in deep flowing water.

In the mountains, I don't use a frying pan, I just clean the fish by taking out their gills and guts. Bring a piece of tinfoil with you and you can just seal the fish in foil and lay them on the coals of a campfire, if you have one. 10 minutes is enough to cook small fish. Once they are cooked, just peel the skin back and tear into them with a fork.
