I like the M9 bayonet. It’s a rugged knife with an okay saw. My favorite feature is that the blade and sheath can be combined to make wire cutters.

Hmm, you seem completely unprepared to stab anyone with that shotgun. I recommend one of these immediately.

Pretty sure it's based off of this one.

My choices would be:

  1. Cold Steel SRK (Search and Rescue Knife): Probably one of the toughest knives you could find and comes in a few steel options as well (3V would be my favorite choice for the task, as it is tough but keeps good edge as well). Could be attached to MOLLE with paracord/zip ties.

  2. Benchmade Adamas 375: Very tough military blade but pretty light and slim as well. Could be paracord wrapped for improved grip. D2 tool steel is one of the best choices for these kind of knives. Could also be attached to MOLLE and fits your budget perfectly.

  3. Ontario 493 M9 Bayonet: Probably the least sophisticated but also the most classic out of all of these knives. Would be extremely cool to carry and to use, plus it has some of the qualities only bayonets have such as the built it wire cutter.

  4. SOG Pentagon: The least expensive but also great option. MOLLE compatible, light, ambidextrous, great ergos and surprisingly well balanced and agile. Great sheath too.

    Good luck!

I just got this one. It's not proper but serves the purpose well.
