I'm a fan of https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00IPEAHVU/ref=pe_3187911_189395841_TE_dp_1 - it's cheap, waterproof, loads of pockets and a handy extra net folds out the bottom to pop your helmet in if needed.

That said, I've switched to a pannier back on a rack recently and really love it - it's much nicer to not have a sweaty back and it feels way more stable if you need to carry something heavy home, because the weight is much lower down.
