Size down a cup size in this brand though, I think. (Amazon has a great return policy though, haha.) Also the band runs pretty tight the first few times you'll wear it. My 28H boobs do not move at all in this bra.
Oo gurl do I love telling everyone and their mother about my unicorn of a sports bra for running! I used to be limited to low impact activity until I found Panache’s high impact sports bra! I usually just wait for a specific color option in my size to go on sale on amazon and then I stock up-

For reference, I’m 28G and these bras have made running feel like I don’t even have boobs. It’s great.
