Edit: Ok it looks like it's only effective against some kinds of tapeworms, and not the most common kind. You're right
Fenbendazole, 1 mg/l dosis (≈12 mg for yoir tank when accojnt for substrate) for 1 week, afterwards remove it with active carbon and gravel vacuuming. Can be from e.g. Panacur. (Yes, that are 12000 mg for 12$ or 1000 times what you need). Or just ask your local vet for fenbendazole.
