I believe the PS4 version boasts the usual higher framerate and resolution compared to the vita. However, I played a lot of P4DAN on the Vita and everything was fine/worked great. Rhythm games are definitely better on handheld imo.
I'm planning to double dip the games, so I'll be importing the vita versions (love my vita) from AmazonJP and getting the PS4 version whenever it would hit the West. Keep in mind, there are several editions for the games. The one I linked is the regular 2pk version (aka the cheapest lol). I've preordered on there before and they only charge when they ship, but makes a quick $0.01 hold on the card you put in to make sure it's real. Your other option is on PlayAsia. I haven't ordered from there, but they are very trustworthy among Vita owners. Hope this helped!
