We prepare ours in house, it's about as fresh as I'm going to be able to make it and have it at your table in an acceptable time frame.

  1. Make pasta dough. Lasagna is great, it just has to be thin sheets. You don't have to make that shit all fancy with the crinkles on the end. You really don't even need a machine. Just roll it out super thin.

  2. I use the same pizza sauce I make for my pizzas. It's quite literally tomatoes, garlic, white onions, salt/pepper. Cooked down a few hours, and run through the vitamix. We also make our own italian sausage (grind down pork butt, season it, still keeping it simple), pre cook it off on the flat top, mix the two.

  3. I use the same cheese for my pizzas too. It's a mix of fontina, mozzarella, asiago, and provolone. Toss some ricotta in that shit, and you're set.

Now stuff it all into one of these bad boys, throw it in a 500 degree oven, and enjoy in roughly 15 minutes. I can make about 40 in 2 hours flat starting with raw, unadultered produce/meat.
