I need to add some comfy floor mats. Like these or something. Standing on a concrete slab for hours is NOT fun.

Things I love about my shop:

  • LED Lighting everywhere (I went with 6 of these shop lights)
  • Small wood burning stove to get through the cold months in Minnesota. Burning scrap wood for heat is awesome and FREE! Protip: be careful and don’t burn your shop down.
  • Large 6' x 4' window directly in front of my bench lets in tons of natural light. This is kind of a sucky photo, but it’s all I have with me at the moment.

EVA foam floormats (like these) are a great place to start. You can usually find them at hardware stores.
