It came with a tiny yellow scoop which is supposedly 5mg. Reading the reviews there and some stuff elsewhere on the web indicated that 15mg daily was appropriate for fat-burning use. So I put 3 little scoops in 8 oz of water with a scoop of citrulline Malate.
