Looks pretty good for a budget PC, I'd look at spending $30 more on a r9 270 since it's quite a bit better.

Swap out the PSU for a similar quality 500w one and you'll have plenty of power for no extra cost.

If there's any way you can stretch to a cheap i5 it'll be well worth it as more games start utilizing multicores. It's another $60 but if you can't do another $90 then I'd go for the graphics card upgrade instead.

Ok, all stuff apart from windows license from amazon. From what I can tell, the shipping is free, though check and tell me. However the price went $730 sadly. If you want me to make some cuts, it's doable though:

I don't think that they'll charge you for windows 8 shipping. They just send you the key via email.

Do you also need a monitor, case, hard disk, etc, or do you plan on using the ones you already have?

You can get an R9 270x for about 144 euro http://www.amazon.co.uk/Powercolor-Radeon-270X-Internal-Graphic/dp/B00HRSGO9O/ref=sr_1_9?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1418730426&sr=1-9&keywords=R9

But if you're gonna make an investment for the future, the 290 is a good choice.

Your motherboard is really poor, I don't think it can even use haswell refresh (aka 4460, 4590, 4690) CPUs. You're gonna need to swap. I would also advise you to get 1600 MHz ram.

Slightly above your price range but I would recommend an AMD R9 270 at £110. I have a 7850 with a factory overclock on it and it still runs a lot of games very well, has low power consumption and runs cool. The R9 270 is meant to be the equivalent to a 7870 so you should be able to run the games good.

However AMD are rumoured to be releasing some new cards in January, which might drop some better cards down into your price range, and of course there's the January sales too, so if I was in your shoes I think it might be better off waiting until January before purchasing a new card. Also I think you might get a lot more responses to your question in /r/buildapc .

Edit: R9 270 free delivery with Amazon @£110
