I’m using this pump strap thing. I can easily do massages and compressions because it doesn’t cover the tops of my breasts and I can reach in. It’s neoprene though and smelled weird at first. I don’t know about adequate supply, but i did notice that my yield went up when I got a better sized flange (I’d say correctly sized, but they don’t make them that small, ha). I used this to find the exact size. Pumping is way more comfortable and takes less time for me now.
