We have a night golf best ball scramble tournament once a year. Get the rave glow in dark bracelets to mark outer edge of green and put one in the hole. Last year, we switched to a ball that doesn't feel like a rock - since they don't have an LED inside - they should be able to be used multiple times. Since they're lit - you can find these balls much easier than a ball in the bushes during the day.
