I bought this for under $15 on Amazon Prime and it works great (there is no monitoring, ie you can't hear your own voice in the audio mix but that's fine for this price). They are super light and comfortable, they don't hurt your head even after wearing them for hours, you can move the mic out of the way if needed, convenient volume control and mute button, and the cord is nice and long.
